1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Opened headphones or earphones (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Digital or downloadable items (if any)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or share the return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange if that works better for you.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you’ll need to go through the return process.

6. Exchange Policy

Want to swap your product for another? We offer exchanges in case of:

  • Defective products
  • Wrong item received

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If it’s a regular return (changed your mind, ordered wrong item), you may need to bear the shipping cost.
